Why don't you tell us what mobo you have, what you've done, what versions of flashers you're using, etc.?

i have a dfi ca64-tc mobo
i tryed 2 use the winbios flasher from inside windows as the manufacturere suggested
i rebooted my computer and got a bios checsum error

the screen shows award bootbolck bios v1.0

and it tryes 2 boot from a dos floppy disk
the dos boot is successful

i tryed using award bios flasher from dos , it will load
when i load the newest bios.bin from the motherboard site
the flashing utility tells no it is not a new bios and will not flash it

Try Uniflash - www.uniflash.org

Check your board for a revision number, DFI lists Rev A&B and Rev C; they use different Bios files.
