I'm in real need of some various tools for decompressing and repacking Mobile Pro BIOSes.
Information and support on this issue seems sparse at the moment.

For unpacking - used primitive classic RLE-compression, you can write it or use free variants from internet.
For packing - can`t compress without original http://www.insydetech.com utilities, so try insert noncompressed module.
